What does it mean to differentiate Yin and Yang to a greater degree over time? After learning the choreography of Yang Style’s thirty-seven postures in the Beginning Class, Form Correction addresses the release of tension and quieting of the mind as the body learns to sink the chi. You may make up absences with more frequent attendance when your schedule allows.
