Form Correction

For students and visitors familiar with the form. No matter where you’re at in your practice, Form Correction is a path to the next level. You can always expand inner development. Check in with yourself, other students and teachers on the specifics of each posture, how to fill the shape with energy rather than strength, hold the shape without being stiff.

Push Hands

For those ready to experiment with using “mind not force” in partner practice. Intro to Push Hands for Beginners. Let the surprises of timing, position and internal condition add dimension to your T’ai Chi practice. Push Hands helps develop skills in listening and focus to promote harmony internally and in relation to others. It’s a tool to improve the depth of one’s relaxation and root, and a reality check on both.
