Push Hands
The purpose of partner practice is to enhance your understanding of timing, position and internal condition. Develop your listening and focus to promote harmony internally and in relation to others. Beginners welcome with teacher approval.
Sword Form
Sword practice raises the spirit and clarifies intent with lively stepping, jumping and extending the mind’s reach through the sword. This session is for ongoing Sword students.
Tea, filtered water and healthy snacks are provided during the breaks. Feel free to bring your own supplies to hydrate and stay energized.
